Before printing your online gift card, we recommend doing the following:

• Check to make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your computer.
• Check to make sure your printer ink levels are not running low.
• Make sure you have a heavy, glossy, or photo paper loaded in the printer tray.
• Make sure the printer settings are set for color printing.
• Make sure your internet browser is configured to print images.
